Mary E. Murphy

Mary Murphy is an experienced  criminal defence lawyer practicing in Toronto.  She has a reputation for providing passionate advocacy for those who find themselves before courts and tribunals.  She was called to the bar in Ontario in 1989, and has been a sole practitioner, with a practice restricted to criminal defence since 1994.  Mary has extensive trial experience and she has dealt with a broad spectrum of both criminal charges and clients.  She deals with quasi-criminal and regulatory offences, like Occupational Health and Safety offences as well as clients with matters before the Ontario Review Board. 

In addition to being a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Mary is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, The Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Law and Mental Disorder Association.
